What Type of Event are you having?

Are you having a Calvary Event? A ministry event, but one not officiated with Calvary? Or is it a non-ministry event and you are wanting to use the facilities? We have a form for each of those! If you fill out your form below a staff member will be notified. Each event we have is viewed and approved by the staff. The policies we have in place are attached below. This includes information on transportation, church showers, weddings, etc...

Vehicle (Van) Policy

Click HERE to view the Van Policy. Calvary is excited to have a van to use for ministry events. However, we have certain protocols that help us keep the vehicle maintained and keep everyone safe.

Church Shower Policy
