We have a variety of ministries at Calvary that do events. If you have a Calvary event we want to help you! You will have a variety of options for advertisements, forms, and payments. Please select all that you will need for your event. REMINDER all events must be approved by the Staff. If you fill out the form below, your event will be brought to the staff for approval at their weekly Staff Meeting.

Advertisments

Calvary is happy to help advertise your event.  We will need you to select all of the things you would like to help advertise your event properly. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to do all of these for your event, but we will try and do all we can. We have special policies in place for showers, so be sure get a copy of our shower policy. If you would like something put in the classrooms, please provide enough copies for all of the classes. It will have to be in the office by the Wednesday before the Sunday you wish to advertise. The staff must approve putting it in the classrooms before we will be able to.

VAN | If you want to use the church van, there is a policy for the van and we will have to process the driver for our insurance. Please see the Van Policy for more information.

PAYMENTS | If you wish to receive payments for your events you can receive monies via cash/check, or online payment.

CASH/CHECK | You will be responsible for collecting the money, balancing it and bringing it by the office during office hours to be deposited.  

ONLINE | If you are using the online payment method, Calvary is charged a fee to process online payments. It is approximately a $1 fee for every $20. This fee will be passed on to your event. Please keep this in mind as you choose your amount. The fee will be taken out of the total when processed.

REMINDER

UNLOCKING DOORS | If you are planning on having an event outside of office hours, you will need to stop by the church office during office hours and pick up a set of keys; unless you already have keys due to a ministry/leadership role you have.  You will also be responsible for locking the doors before you leave. The front door is an exception as it uses a code to open and close.
MONEY | If you elect to receive funds during your event you will be responsible to count the funds and bring them by the office during office hours. If you would like a money box and/ or sealable bag(s) we can provide those for you. They are available at the church office.
CLEAN UP | You will be responsible to set up and tear down your event. Exceptions can be made if there is a physical limitation. Please contact the church office if you need help with this. Make sure you clean up after your event, it should look like it did when you got there. A check list will be provided for you to follow for clean up.
